Treasure Coast Hospice care at home

Bringing comfort, dignity, and care home

Since 1982, Treasure Coast Hospice has provided expert medical care, emotional support, and spiritual guidance for patients and families in Martin, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee counties.

Helping Families Navigate Care with Confidence

Every family's journey is different, which is why we offer a full range of compassionate care services designed to meet your needs with dignity, comfort, and personalized support.

You do not have to know if it is time before you call

Hospice care supports people with advanced illness when comfort, quality of life, and time with family become the priority. Choosing hospice is not giving up. It is a specialized benefit that brings pain management, symptom relief, emotional support, spiritual care, and practical guidance to the patient and family.

Asking is not signing anything

A conversation can help you understand what is happening, what options are available, and what support may be helpful.

The plan is personal

Care is guided by the patient's goals, faith, family structure, culture, and definition of comfort.

Rooted in the Treasure Coast

As a community-based not-for-profit, Treasure Coast Hospice cares for local families regardless of ability to pay.

Expert care brought directly to you

Most hospice care is provided wherever the patient lives. When symptoms require short-term intensive management, Treasure Coast Hospice also offers dedicated inpatient settings close to home.

Private Homes

Clinical visits, medications, equipment coordination, caregiver teaching, and emotional support are brought into the familiar setting of home.

Assisted Living and Nursing Facilities

Our team partners with assisted living residences and nursing facilities to add specialized hospice support around the patient and their caregivers.

Dedicated Inpatient Units

The Hay-Madeira and Harper Inpatient Units in Stuart and The Lynch Pavilion in Fort Pierce provide short-term care for acute symptoms that cannot be managed at home.

Care team

An extended team of medical, emotional, and practical support.

Hospice is a team benefit. Physicians, nurses, aides, social workers, chaplains, counselors, and volunteers coordinate care around what matters most to the patient and family.

We really surround you. It's not disjointed like the rest of healthcare. It's cohesive, supportive, and genuinely loving.

Trust and family support

Families should feel surrounded, not sent home alone.

The family called us and said they wished they had called sooner. That's the one I hear the most. And every time I say: you still called. That's what matters.
